We are looking for an adaptable and hardworking Senior Account Executive (SAE) who will work under the close supervision of senior colleagues to support the delivery of healthcare communications programmes. As an SAE you will work on fast‑paced, science‑driven accounts with a collaborative team, demonstrate sound consultancy skills and manage competing priorities while contributing to internal projects.
Location: UK London (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings/teleconferences and prepare accurate post‑call minutes in a timely fashion for review.
- Attend to clients’ needs with support and be willing to flex to their different communication and working styles.
- Draft and refine simple project briefs with the client, with senior support, to accurately define projects.
- Support tactical implementation of events, and develop knowledge of compliance and processes related to stakeholder engagement and events best practice (face‑to‑face, virtual and hybrid).
- Contribute to internal briefings to the team regarding deliverables to ensure work meets client expectations.
- Track and report on project progress to the account lead, flagging issues and requesting input when required.
- Highlight potential capacity needs or issues on designated projects to senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Relevant account‑handling experience in a healthcare consultancy.
- Team‑focused mindset.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic presentation skills.
- Good understanding of science, minimum degree level (life science an advantage).
- Experience in Microsoft Office and compliance with GDPR, EFPIA, ABPI.
