We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. We build technology that helps first responders, security teams, and communities act with speed, clarity, and confidence in the moments that matter most. Our Real-Time Operations (RTO) portfolio, anchored by the Fusus platform, is transforming how law enforcement, enterprise security, and international agencies detect, assess, and respond to threats. Fusus connects live video, alerts, sensors, and location data into a unified operating picture, accessible on any device. We're building intelligent, high-signal alerting and presence experiences that cut through noise and keep operators and responders locked into what matters most.

This spans alert generation from cameras, sensors, LPR, drones, and third-party sources, as well as the presence layer that tracks responder locations, unit status, and asset proximity. By making alerts smarter and presence data seamless, your work will help prevent harm, accelerate response, and directly advance Axon's mission to Protect Life.

Work Location: This role is based out of our London office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Alerts & Presence product roadmap, focused on delivering the right information at the right time to operators and responders.
  • Define how alerts are generated, prioritized, routed, and resolved across video, sensors, LPR, drones, and third-party integrations.
  • Build presence experiences that give operators real-time visibility into responder locations, unit status, and asset proximity.
  • Design fast, intuitive workflows for monitoring incidents, triaging alerts, and coordinating response.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship responsive, low-latency, and reliable alerting and presence features across web and mobile.
  • Engage global law enforcement and enterprise users to validate needs and test improvements.
  • Align with other product teams to ensure alerts and presence data flow seamlessly across the platform.
  • Use metrics and feedback to refine roadmap priorities - reducing alert fatigue, improving time-to-action, and increasing situational awareness.
  • Support go-to-market, training, and rollout with cross-functional teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Operators and responders receive timely, high-signal alerts that drive faster, more confident decisions.
  • Presence data gives commanders and dispatchers clear visibility into who is where - improving coordination and resource deployment.
  • Adoption grows across customer segments with high daily use, strong retention, and positive field feedback.
  • Every second saved contributes to safer outcomes for officers, teams, and the public.

What You Bring

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years working on real-time, event-driven, or alerting systems.
  • Experience building products where speed, clarity, and reliability directly impact outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of alerting frameworks, geolocation and presence systems, real-time data pipelines, and notification design.
  • Familiarity with live video, sensor networks, LPR, drone telemetry, and IoT integrations.
  • Track record of turning user insights into clear product direction and focused execution.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through roadmap, design, delivery, and iteration.
  • Clear communicator who drives alignment, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
