Axon is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to lead a wide range of ER matters across the EMEA region.

The role partners with People Operations, Legal, and business leaders to ensure fair, compliant outcomes while balancing risks and employee experience.

The position reports to the Director of People Operations and is based in London with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Fri, remote Mon).

The team focuses on scalable ER frameworks and leveraging technology to streamline processes.
