Main Duties and responsibilities
- Assemble and wire control panels based on provided electrical drawings and layouts.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to allocated timescales for individual and team tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress or issues effectively.
- Continuously develop knowledge of control panel building processes.
- Continuously improve the control panel building process by recommending suggestions for improvements.
