Role Summary

To assist in the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical control panels, ensuring they are built to specification, quality standards, and production timelines.

Main Duties and responsibilities

  1. Assemble and wire control panels based on provided electrical drawings and layouts.
  2. Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  3. Adhere to allocated timescales for individual and team tasks.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety policies.
  5. Collaborate with team members and communicate progress or issues effectively.
  6. Continuously develop knowledge of control panel building processes.
  7. Continuously improve the control panel building process by recommending suggestions for improvements.

Work Experience
