Senior .NET Developer Location: Warrington – Onsite Salary: Up to £50,000 The Opportunity My client is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join their growing technology team and play a key role in the continued development of an exciting e-commerce platform. This is a genuinely hands-on role, with exposure across the full technology stack. You’ll work as part of a close-knit development team, taking ownership of features from initial concept through to delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to work on new functionality, improve existing systems and help shape the future technical direction of the platform. They’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, enjoys working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and isn’t afraid to get stuck into solving complex problems. What you’ll be doing Developing new, cutting-edge features within a fast-paced e-commerce environment Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions Taking ownership of features from concept through to implementation Mentoring other developers and helping promote best coding practices Refactoring and modernising legacy code Helping transition existing infrastructure from IIS to Docker Contributing to the ongoing improvement of development processes, architecture and engineering standards Tech Stack You’ll be working across a modern and varied technology stack, including: Backend C# ASP.NET MVC APIs NUnit Database & Infrastructure SQL Docker IIS Azure DevOps GitHub Cloudflare Frontend JavaScript React Next.js Bootstrap CSS About You My client is looking for someone with: 4+ years' commercial software development experience Strong experience across full-stack technologies A solid background in C#/.NET development The ability to work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders and wider business teams Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving A genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies and developing your career The confidence to work in a small, fast-moving team where you'll have real ownership and influence Nice to Have Experience with any of the following would be beneficial: Clean Architecture Writing and maintaining unit tests Agentic development Redux RTK Query Docker Dapper You don't need to have experience with everything listed above.
