Location: Media City + Hybrid Salary: Up to 29K DOE + Study Support Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role Manage invoicing, payment processing and direct debit administration. Complete bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and resolve account queries. Monitor outstanding debt, support debt resolution and manage deposit protection and refunds. Assist with month-end activities, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments. Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. Support VAT compliance, tax requirements, statutory reporting and year-end audit preparation. Maintain financial procedures and support the wider team with ad hoc projects and process improvements. About You A genuine interest in developing a career in accountancy and finance. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and take ownership. A relevant degree, AAT studies or some initial finance experience would be advantageous, but experience isn't essential.
