I’m working exclusively on behalf of a well-established and growing business in the Reigate area to recruit a Desk-Based Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in Sales Administration, Internal Sales, or Account Support who’s ready to step into a more commercial, relationship-led role. Experience in an MSP environment is highly desirable.

The Role

  • You’ll join a supportive sales team, managing a portfolio of small business accounts.
  • The focus is on nurturing existing relationships, ensuring clients receive excellent service, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of small but valued accounts.
  • Building strong relationships and acting as the key point of contact for customers.
  • Identifying new opportunities within your client base to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Processing orders, producing quotes, and keeping CRM records up to date.
  • Liaising closely with the wider sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Handling customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Account Coordination, or Internal Sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset, with a genuine interest in helping clients grow.
  • Confidence working across CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
  • MSP experience is highly desirable.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and organisation but also thrives on speaking to customers, building rapport, and spotting opportunities to add value.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the Reigate office, 2 days remote. A supportive, collaborative team environment. Ongoing training and clear career progression opportunities.
