Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Administration
    • Track, process, and monitor customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
    • Maintain accurate order data within internal systems and spreadsheets.
    • Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
    • Support forecasting, stock checks, and general supply chain coordination.
    • Produce regular reports using Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Customer Service Administration
    • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
    • Provide updates on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
    • Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
    • Build positive relationships with customers to support repeat business.
