An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-commerce Development & Support Specialist to join a successful and growing UK business operating across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both technical support and development, ensuring e-commerce platforms and digital systems perform reliably while driving continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in supporting websites, customer portals and integrated business systems, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience and supporting the organisation's digital growth strategy. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external technology partners and suppliers, you'll help develop innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer journeys and support commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for e-commerce platforms, websites, customer portals and integrated systems.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to websites, online orders, payments, customer accounts and system integrations.
- Maintain website configurations, product data, digital content and platform settings.
- Support integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics providers and other third-party applications.
- Coordinate software releases, testing, upgrades and deployments.
- Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
- Ensure systems remain secure, compliant with GDPR and aligned with company governance standards.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver new functionality and continuous system improvements.
