Working closely with the Head of HR and HR Assistant, you’ll be part of a collaborative, energetic team that is committed to creating a workplace where employees thrive.

The Role
As HR Advisor, you’ll provide hands-on, practical HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be a trusted partner to managers, guiding them through people matters with clarity and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising leaders on employee relations, recruitment & selection, performance management, and learning & development
- Managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management fairly and consistently
- Supporting managers with both short-term and long-term sickness absence cases
- Leading the recruitment process end-to-end from vacancy approval to offer
- Managing onboarding and induction to ensure an exceptional new starter experience
