Exciting New Role – Change Analyst – Bury – Full-time. This role supports a newly formed, innovation-focused division within a regulated UK utilities organisation. The division is responsible for developing and delivering next-generation products, platforms, and services, operating with modern delivery approaches and close alignment between product, technology, and the business.
The Change Analyst will work alongside product, delivery, and technology teams to ensure new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the business. This is a hands-on, delivery-adjacent role, focused on practical adoption in a regulated, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting change impact assessments across people, process, and systems
- Identifying readiness, risks, and dependencies linked to product and platform change
