Are you an experienced Reward Manager looking for a new challenge? I am exclusively working with a Multi Award winning organisation who work and support multiple sectors through market leading technology. With the continued growth of this company, my client is now looking for a Reward Manager to join the team and take ownership of the company’s reward framework across the UK. The Reward Manager will work at both a strategic and operational level, partnering with senior leadership, the broader people team, and operational colleagues to create a robust and equitable rewards strategy, delivering innovative reward solutions across a large, unionised workforce. This role will focus on total reward packages, covering everything from compensation bench marking to benefits administration, job evaluation, recognition programmes, and performance-based reward initiatives. Leading on reward-related activities, you will drive initiatives that support employee engagement and retention for over 5,100 colleagues across the UK. You will provide thought leadership and data-driven insights to guide the reward and recognition agenda, fostering a high-performance culture across the organisation whilst ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with our operational goals. Essential experience: Proven extensive experience in reward management within a large, complex, and unionised organisation. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing reward and benefits strategies that support business performance and employee retention. Experience in change management, particularly in aligning reward programmes with organisational transformation. CIPD or equivalent qualification in Strategic HR or Reward Management You will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgement check. In addition, you will be expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change
