Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, design led business to recruit a Partnerships Account Manager to join their partnerships team. This is a client facing, relationship led role where you will act as the primary point of contact for high end media partners. You will take ownership of communication end to end, ensuring each publication is delivered smoothly, on time and to an exceptional standard. You will work closely with internal production, design and commercial teams to coordinate delivery and maintain a seamless experience for clients.
The Opportunity
This role is central to maintaining and developing long term relationships with premium international partners. You will guide clients through the full production process, from onboarding through to delivery, while ensuring all expectations are managed and met. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, organisation and working with high calibre brands in a creative environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Acting as the day to day relationship owner for assigned partners
- Managing client communication via email, phone and video calls in a confident and professional manner
- Guiding partners through the full production process from onboarding to print delivery
- Requesting, organising and reviewing editorial content, imagery and branding
