Axon Moore is working with a well‑established UK brand in the home and lifestyle sector to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for the South of the UK. This is an exciting chance to join a business with a loyal customer base, a stylish product range and lots of room to grow.
To be considered for this role you must have a strong track record of selling into garden centres and/or home furnishing stores. Experience with home furnishings Christmas products or fragranced items is also desirable.

What you will do
- Build strong relationships with an existing customer base across the region.
- Deliver excellent customer service while looking for opportunities to increase sales.
- Win new business by identifying and approaching new retailers.
- Plan your routes to make the best use of your time.
- Present a wide range of home lifestyle and seasonal products.
- Support the Sales Director with key accounts and pricing.
- Attend trade exhibitions including set up and occasional weekend work.
- Report on territory performance and market activity.
- Take ownership of your sales targets.
About you

- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Package and benefits
- Basic salary of £40k to £50k DOE.
- Commission at 0.5 percent of net sales.
- Expected OTE £47k to £57k.
- Premium company car with a hybrid or electric upgrade in the next cycle.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Workplace pension with 8 percent combined contributions.
- Life cover at 3.5 times salary and critical illness cover at 2 times salary after a year.
