Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Administration
- Track, process, and monitor customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Maintain accurate order data within internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Support forecasting, stock checks, and general supply chain coordination.
- Produce regular reports using Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Customer Service Administration
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
- Provide updates on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Build positive relationships with customers to support repeat business.
