They are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with genuine potential for the role to become permanent.
The Role
This is a varied customer service position where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and excellent service delivery. You’ll work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to keep everything running efficiently.
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders from the sales team, customers, and distributors
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate order records
- Liaising with production and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
