Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop production staff
- Manage and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Investigate and resolve production and quality issues
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Manage quality inspections, audits, documentation, and reporting
- Support production planning, scheduling, and operational performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Lead and develop training programmes across production
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a production and/or quality management role within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality systems
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment
- Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability
