Are you ready to make your mark in a growing digital marketing team? I am currently supporting a well-established UK business with the appointment of a Marketing Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a proud heritage, exciting growth plans and a real ambition to continue improving how they engage with customers online.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing activity, work across e-commerce, content, campaigns and customer communications, and play a key part in helping the business grow.

Working closely with internal teams and specialist external partners, you’ll be responsible for keeping digital channels fresh, engaging and performing at their best:

  • Managing and updating website content to improve customer experience and conversion
  • Creating engaging marketing assets including banners, social media graphics, email designs and landing page visuals
  • Writing clear, creative and customer-focused content across digital channels
  • Planning, building and delivering email campaigns, including audience segmentation and quality checks
  • Supporting B2B marketing communications and wider campaigns
  • Reviewing website performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Working with SEO, paid media, CRM and development partners to deliver marketing projects
  • Exploring how AI can support smarter ways of working, from content creation to optimisation and efficiency improvements

This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on whether that’s creating a campaign asset, improving a webpage, writing customer communications or analysing what can be done better. I am looking for a proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.

Experience required:

  • Experience within a digital marketing, e-commerce or similar marketing role (preferably within retail or a direct-to-consumer environment)
  • Experience managing website content through Shopify - this is essential
  • Confidence creating digital marketing materials using design tools
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performance
  • Experience working with e-commerce and marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisation
  • Experience managing multiple websites or brands
  • Basic HTML/front-end knowledge
  • An interest in AI and how it can improve marketing activity

Benefits include:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Employee discount
  • Casual dress environment
  • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Health and wellbeing programme
  • Onsite parking

This is not a role where you’ll simply manage tasks — you’ll have the opportunity to influence campaigns, improve digital performance and help shape the future of the brand. If you’re a creative, driven marketer looking for your next challenge, I’d love to hear from you.
