I am supporting a well-established and values-driven organisation that is undergoing an exciting transformation of its HR function into a modern People & Culture model. To help shape this new direction, we are seeking an experienced Lead People & Culture Partner to join the team.
The Role: This senior role will act as the go-to expert for managers and People Partners, leading on complex employee relations, coaching colleagues, and supporting wider organisational change. You will help deliver initiatives that strengthen employee well-being, engagement, inclusion, and the overall colleague experience.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and People Partners on complex casework
- Mentor and develop members of the People & Culture team
- Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations, hearings and appeals
- Support workforce planning and organisational change projects
- Deliver initiatives that enhance engagement, well-being, and inclusion
- Analyse people data to inform improvements and support decision-making
- Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding
About You:
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive HR experience within a large or complex organisation
- Strong background in complex employee relations
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident working with and influencing stakeholders
- Able to simplify complex issues and role-model organisational values
- Committed to inclusion, diversity, and safeguarding
