I’m working with a well-established property business looking for a Graduate Marketing Executive to join them at an exciting time of change. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your marketing career, gain hands-on experience across a really varied marketing role and learn from experienced people around you. You don’t need years of experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, plenty of enthusiasm and a genuine desire to build a career in marketing.
The Role
- Supporting organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Helping to plan, create and schedule engaging social media content
- Creating photo and video content across properties and locations
- Supporting video and photography shoots
- Getting involved in apartment dressing and creating engaging lifestyle content
- Creating social media assets using Canva and CapCut
- Supporting office window displays and digital noticeboards
- Creating and updating property listings and supporting property marketing campaigns
- Helping monitor social media engagement and performance
- Supporting competitor research and keeping up to date with social media trends
- Working with the wider lettings and property teams to support marketing activity
- Helping with marketing reports, CRM updates and general administration
- Proofing creative assets and ensuring content is accurate and ready to go
- Bringing your own ideas to the table and getting stuck into new projects
About You
- A recent graduate with a genuine interest in building a career in marketing
- Naturally creative with a good eye for engaging and visual content
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Interested in content creation, social media and digital marketing
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar tools – whether through university, placements or personal projects
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Proactive, positive and willing to get stuck in
- Confident communicating with different people across a business
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- A real team player with a friendly and personable approach
Marketing experience isn't essential – university projects, placements, internships, personal social media accounts or relevant content creation experience are all worth talking to us about.
