The Role As a Dutch Speaking Credit Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts and supporting the credit control process for the expanding Dutch operation.
Duties will include
- Managing aged debt and ensuring timely collections
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Resolving account queries efficiently and professionally
- Allocating incoming cash
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities
- Working closely with both the UK and Dutch teams
- Helping establish and enhance processes as the European operation continues to grow
