Managing Director | Commercial Property Investment

Warrington | £110k - £130k +/-

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead a successful, privately owned commercial property investment business with a portfolio valued at approximately £180m.

This is not a turnaround. It's an opportunity to build on an already profitable, well-capitalised platform and lead the next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the shareholders, you'll have genuine autonomy to shape strategy, drive portfolio performance and identify opportunities to create long-term value through acquisitions, asset management, development, repositioning and capital recycling.

With a lean, experienced team already in place, you'll focus on growing income, enhancing asset value and taking advantage of market opportunities across the UK commercial property sector.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Lead the strategic and commercial direction of the business.
  • Maximise returns from an established portfolio, predominantly industrial and logistics assets.
  • Identify and execute acquisitions, disposals, redevelopment and value-add opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships across the UK property market and leverage your network to source opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while remaining close to the detail.

The Person:

You'll be an experienced commercial property leader with a background in investment, asset management or property company leadership. You'll have a strong track record of creating value, evaluating opportunities and making commercially astute investment decisions.

Equally important is your mindset. We're looking for an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking leader who enjoys operating with autonomy, is comfortable making decisions and wants to build something even stronger rather than inherit a business that needs fixing.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-quality portfolio, work directly with entrepreneurial shareholders and play a leading role in shaping the next chapter of an ambitious property business.
