A privately owned SME in Lincoln is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function. The role
- Managing the full finance cycle, including:
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Allocating receipts and payments
- Posting journals and maintaining accurate ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Completing VAT returns
- Managing the relationship with the bank
- Supporting additional tasks such as overseeing outsourced payroll
- Overseeing 2 direct reports
