A growing, internationally operating business is seeking a Finance Manager to support the continued development of its finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on delivering high-quality financial reporting, strengthening controls and supporting planning and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. There is scope for progression as the business and finance team evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow and provide clear financial visibility.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external advisors.
- Oversee payroll processes.
- Provide financial insight to senior stakeholders.
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Post-qualification experience in a growing or dynamic environment.
- Strong financial reporting and attention to detail.
- Able to translate financial data into clear insight.
- Process-driven and comfortable improving systems and controls.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
