The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run luxury interiors business for a passionate and committed Kitchen Sales / Lead Designer to join their dynamic and diverse team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded business with over 30 years of success, known for delivering exceptional high-end kitchen design and first-class customer service.
The successful candidate will have a flair for creating elegant, luxurious and sleek interiors with a clean, modern aesthetic, while combining creative vision with strong commercial awareness and technical design expertise.

About the Role
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Sales / Lead Designer to work within a premium showroom environment, supported by an experienced and dedicated back-office and aftersales team. You will be responsible for designing and selling luxury kitchen projects, managing the customer journey from initial consultation through to design, quotation and, where required, completion.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about interior design, luxury products and client experience, and who thrives in a consultative, design-led sales environment.
