A growing international organisation is looking to appoint a Group People Operations Manager to take ownership of its people strategy and HR operations across a growing multi-site group.

This is a newly created position within a business experiencing significant organic growth alongside an ongoing acquisition strategy.

The Group currently operates across multiple UK locations as well as the US, with further growth expected.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating strategically while remaining close to the detail and day-to-day delivery of HR.

The Role Reporting directly to the Group CFO and working closely with the Group CEO and senior leadership team, you will develop and implement a proactive Group-wide people strategy that supports growth, employee engagement, development and performance.

You will be responsible for creating consistency across the Group while ensuring individual businesses retain the flexibility to operate effectively.

Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing the Group HR strategy alongside the Group CEO.

Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging employee culture.

Developing strategies to improve employee retention, engagement and development.

Managing compensation, benefits and HR policies across the Group.

Establishing salary banding and clear career pathways.
