Key Responsibilities
- Supplier & Brand Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
- Order & Stock Management: Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Work closely with inventory teams to maintain stock levels and manage turnover. Identify and action slow-moving or obsolete stock for clearance.
- Administrative Support: Assist the buying team with scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Help maintain accurate product catalogues and pricing databases. Provide general support with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
