This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller looking to step into a commercially influential role within a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.
- Leading year-end audit and statutory reporting
- Improving WIP, billing, debtor management, and revenue recognition processes
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and practice heads to improve financial discipline
- Supporting finance systems improvements and automation initiatives
- Playing a key role in M&A activity, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration
- Leading and developing a growing finance team
Qualifications:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong financial control and reporting experience within a scaling business
- Professional or business services background (legal experience advantageous)
