Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SME in Runcorn to recruit a Finance Manager. This key role will support strategic decision-making, financial performance, and growth within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting (including FX).
Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cost control.
Product, customer, and margin analysis to support commercial decisions.
Finance business partnering across Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and process improvement.
Requirements
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
2+ years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
