I am looking for a Project Manager who loves bringing order to complexity, thrives on delivering change, and enjoys seeing projects go from idea to successful launch. This isn’t a role for someone who simply updates project plans. I’m after someone who can confidently navigate business change, SaaS implementations, stakeholder expectations, suppliers, shifting priorities, and the occasional curveball all while keeping everyone moving in the same direction. What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of my clients transformation journey, leading multiple projects that improve systems, processes and the way their teams work.
- Deliver end-to-end business and digital transformation projects
- Lead SaaS implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and beyond
- Partner with business leaders, operational teams and external suppliers
- Keep projects on track through strong governance, planning and reporting
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Balance multiple projects and priorities without breaking a sweat
- Drive business readiness, user adoption and successful operational handovers
- Bridge the gap between business teams and technology partners
- Continuously improve delivery processes and project governance
What my client are looking for
You’ll probably have:
- 10+ years’ experience delivering complex business or digital transformation projects
- A strong track record of implementing SaaS business applications
- Experience managing several projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—you know how to influence at every level
- Strong supplier and vendor management experience
- Confidence managing project governance, RAID logs, steering groups and status reporting
- Experience balancing changing priorities in fast-paced environments
- A delivery mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems
- The ability to translate business needs into successful project outcomes—without needing to be the technical expert

I’d love it if you also bring experience with:
- Mergers, acquisitions or business integration projects
- High-growth or private equity-backed organisations
