As Finance Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Board to drive financial strategy, performance, and governance across a growing, multi-site operation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys combining strategic input with operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support growth
- Provide commercial insight to drive performance and decision-making
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Support investment activity, including acquisitions and new site development
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including investors and lenders
- Build and develop a high-performing finance function
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Background in multi-site or service-led environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at Board level
- Experience in a growth or private equity-backed setting is highly advantageous
