We are partnering with a private equity-backed, multi-site services business entering an exciting phase of growth. With a clear strategic plan and expansion underway, this is a rare opportunity for an ambitious finance leader looking to step into a Finance Director role to play a key role in shaping the next stage of the journey, including a potential transaction within the next two years.

As Finance Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Board to drive financial strategy, performance, and governance across a growing, multi-site operation. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys combining strategic input with operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support growth
  • Provide commercial insight to drive performance and decision-making
  • Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
  • Support investment activity, including acquisitions and new site development
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, including investors and lenders
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance function
About You
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Background in multi-site or service-led environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at Board level
  • Experience in a growth or private equity-backed setting is highly advantageous
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a future transaction
