They have a strong financial footing to achieve further growth and have ambitious plans to continue growth and success in the foreseeable future.

This is an exciting role for a financial leader who is seeking a broad, strategic leadership role as a No.1 in finance, supporting an ambitious CEO and board in a privately owned business. This person will be far more than an FD running finances; they will act as a true business partner to the CEO, helping to make the best possible business decisions.

  • Qualified finance leader with experience in a Finance Director or equivalent role, ideally within a large privately owned or owner managed business.
  • Experience leading a company through a period of growth and change.
  • Experience working in a Group structure would be advantageous, preferably with some experience of M&A / company transactions.
