Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact by driving improvements across the business while being a value business partner to stakeholders across all functions. The opportunity offers a high level of autonomy, with the primary goal of driving business performance through a strong blend of business partnering and analytical expertise. You will receive day-to-day mentorship and development from a high-calibre CFO. Responsibilities and Duties: Supporting in all aspects of financial decision making by providing commercial planning and performance analysis to ensure the delivery of financial targets. Business partnering across multiple divisions including Sales and Operations teams to review, understand and develop financial proposals which reflect customer requirements, whilst identifying the most competitive pricing. Develop pricing models. Analyse production costs, administration expenses and other overhead costs to provide data backed solutions. Develop and analyse sales and marketing reports and suggest strategies for improving business performance. Provide sound financial appraisals of projects or investments, communicating financial benefits or outcomes in a clear and concise manner. Assist in the budgeting process Provide the necessary challenge to ensure the robustness of any reports created.
