We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed manufacturing, installation and maintenance services business seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its ambitious leadership team. The business is on an exciting trajectory of organic and acquisitive growth, having already built the largest independent service provider in its sector.

As CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and financial performance of the group, acting as a true partner to the CEO. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational, hands-on delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, and act as a strategic partner across the business
  • Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, governance, and performance management
  • Play a key role in M&A execution and integration as part of a buy-and-build growth strategy
  • Drive financial stewardship and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and controls
  • Manage relationships with private equity investors and external stakeholders
  • Oversee Group IT and ensure alignment with business growth and transformation goals
