We are recruiting for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a well-established HR team based in Bury. This role would suit someone with a solid HR foundation who is looking to continue developing their career within a busy and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters and other HR documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
- Supporting recruitment activity, including interview coordination and onboarding
- Assisting with absence management processes and HR reporting
- Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries
- Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards completion)
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Good understanding of HR processes and basic employment legislation
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
