We’re partnering with a private equity-backed engineering services business on an exciting growth journey, with a current turnover of circa £20m and clear plans to scale significantly over the coming years. They’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across commercial environments and now they’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial function and play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth. What You’ll Be Driving

  • You’ll take full ownership of sales strategy and execution across a broad and growing service offering, including electrical installation, maintenance, compliance, and renewable energy solutions (solar, battery storage, EV charging).
  • Developing and delivering a UK-wide sales strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
  • Identifying and unlocking new opportunities across commercial, FM, retail, and public-sector markets.
  • Building and leading a high‑performing sales/business development team as the company scales.
  • Leading key bids, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Establishing long‑term, high‑value client relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
