I'm working with a well-established manufacturing business in Bradford that is looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is a key role within the organisation, supporting strategic decision-making through the delivery of high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the business
- Producing detailed financial analysis and performance reporting for senior management
- Analysing operational and financial KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Preparing monthly variance analysis, providing insight into business performance
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Partnering with operational and departmental stakeholders to provide financial support and challenge
- Assisting with the preparation of board packs and management presentations
- Supporting capital expenditure analysis and investment appraisals
- Identifying and implementing improvements to reporting processes and financial systems
- Supporting strategic projects and providing commercial insight to senior leadership teams

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Previous experience within an FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partner, or Management Accounting role
- Strong experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large volumes of data
