I\’m excited to be working exclusively with a dynamic, high-growth services business based in Bolton. This well-established company, backed by a leading private equity investor, is on an impressive growth trajectory and now seeks a Financial Controller to play a key role in its continued success.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you\’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations and overseeing a high-performing finance team. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will:
• Take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust processes, controls, and reporting as well as team management,
• Provide clear, insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Enhance operational efficiency through improved financial systems and procedures
• Ensure strong financial governance across the group

We\’re seeking a commercially minded and technically strong finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• ACA / ACCA qualified
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach
• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment (desirable)
