Sales Account Manager Location: Blackpool, Lancashire Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + performance bonus Hours: Monday – Friday Axon Moore is representing an established and growing business within the food sector in the Blackpool area, who are looking to appoint a Sales Account Manager. The Role As Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers while also identifying opportunities to develop new business. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing existing customer accounts Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability Building strong relationships with new and existing customers Making outbound calls and handling incoming customer enquiries Identifying and developing new sales opportunities Re-engaging inactive and prospective customers Understanding customer requirements and identifying suitable solutions Managing customer contact and call schedules Processing orders accurately and efficiently Maintaining accurate customer records Using sales reports and information to identify trends and opportunities Supporting promotional and commercial activity Providing excellent customer service Completing general administration as required About You We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded and confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing business.
