I'm working with a successful and growing business that is looking to appoint a Part Time Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted right-hand person to key decision-makers, playing a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business.

What you'll be doing
- Providing high-level Executive and Personal Assistant support to the Executive Team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
- Managing busy executive diaries and coordinating appointments.
- Organising internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and meeting packs.
- Taking minutes and following up on actions to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Booking UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Processing executive expenses accurately and on time.
- Preparing presentations, reports and business documents.
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinating projects, events and executive activities.
- Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Providing additional administrative support across the wider business when required.
What I’m looking for
- You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves organisation and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Experience managing complex diaries and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Experience arranging travel and managing expenses.
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the business.
