Following continued growth, the business has established a brand-new Billing function and is now looking for a Team Leader to help shape, develop and support the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong billing experience who enjoys mentoring others, improving processes and driving high standards across a function. You will play a key role in supporting business cashflow, ensuring billing operations run efficiently, controls are maintained and the team is set up for long term success.
Location: North Manchester + Hybrid + Flexible start/finish times
Salary: 35,000 - 38,000
Main duties:
- Lead, mentor and support the Billing team, providing guidance, training and development to drive performance and engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring invoices are produced accurately and in line with agreed contracts, rates.
