What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently exceeded
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Customer Service
  • Producing account reviews and performance reports
