Job Description
- Deliver accurate month-end management accounts and support timely reporting.
- Prepare and analyse P&L statements and produce the monthly management accounts pack.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and oversee the business unit’s fleet accounting.
- Ensure compliance with government national statistics reporting requirements.
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to support decision-making.
- Support the year-end audit process, liaising with auditors as required.
- Assist with budget preparation, review, and sign-off.
- Identify and implement process improvements across financial operations.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Previous experience working in a hands-on, accounting role.Â
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data.
- Experience of Dynamics 365 is desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business.
