Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, multi-site healthcare provider to recruit a Senior Booking Agent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings. You'll guide customers from initial enquiry through to consultation and service delivery, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey throughout. You'll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally. A key part of the role is converting enquiries into booked appointments, while providing clear, reassuring information. You'll take full ownership of the customer journey, sending confirmations, processing payments, updating CRM systems, and handling queries. You'll also proactively follow up with prospective customers who haven't yet committed, helping to maximise conversion rates. Working closely with the wider team, you'll contribute to achieving KPIs, improving processes, and maintaining consistently high service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales and customer-focused role
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and closing sales
  • Experience managing pipelines and working to KPIs
  • Confidence in outbound activity and high-volume environments
  • Strong CRM system experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Commercial awareness and adaptability
