Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a high-growth subsidiary of a well-established Manufacturing Global Group based in Stoke-on-Trent. We're looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to work closely with Directors and Operational teams, providing financial insight that drives business performance and growth.
Managing a team of 4 direct reports, this is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from management accounts, cash flow forecasting and budgeting to contract profitability analysis and commercial decision-making.
What we're looking for:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with minimum 2 years PQE
- Management accounting experience within manufacturing (including factory, production and cost accounting experience)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with a proactive attitude
