Axon Moore are partnering with a national, multi-site organisation seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead its property and estate’s function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategic property plan covering acquisitions, disposals, leasing, facilities management, maintenance, and capital projects. They will ensure the estate supports operational needs, remains legally compliant, and delivers long-term value for money. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a long-term property strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead estate management activity, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and renewals.
- Oversee facilities management, planned / reactive maintenance, and compliance programmes.
- Deliver capital projects from concept to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality standards.
- Manage property budgets, forecasting, and value-for-money initiatives.
- Maintain accurate property data, asset records, and lease registers.
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership on property risks and opportunities.
- Lead and develop a property team, promoting a culture of performance and accountability.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Professional membership preferred (RICS, IWFM, CIOB or equivalent).
