Producing of monthly management accounts. Balance sheet reconciliations. Providing financial analysis and insight to support business decision making. Preparing and presenting financial information and reports to key stakeholders. Contributing to projects focused on sustainability, process improvement and strategic business objectives. Performing detailed balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data. Preparing and delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts, supported by insightful analysis and commentary. Assisting the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects, reporting requirements and wider business improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a nearly or newly qualified accountant who is ambitious, commercially minded and keen to continue developing their career. Experience preparing and presenting financial information and management reports to key stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and effectively. Experience supporting projects that contribute to wider strategic business objectives. Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different areas of the business.
