At Axon Moore, we’re working with a growing, creative business to find a Play Space Designer who loves turning ideas into reality. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design outdoor play areas that bring imagination and joy to children every day.

The role:
As a Play Space Designer, you’ll take concepts from idea to reality. On a day-to-day basis you’ll:
- Create accurate CAD layouts and costings based on client and site information
- Make sure all designs meet relevant safety standards
- Keep design and costing information up to date in the CRM system
- Work with colleagues, share ideas and learn best practice
- Hit personal and team targets in a fast-paced, creative environment
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, creative and organised, and who enjoys turning imaginative ideas into real play spaces.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Creative, enthusiastic and passionate about design
- Comfortable using design software such as AutoCAD (Photoshop is a bonus but not essential)
- Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numeric skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a busy environment
- Excited about bringing concepts to life and working as part of a collaborative team
