About the Role
Axon Moore is currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative / Park Warden to join a thriving team. This is a varied role offering a mix of hands-on maintenance work and customer-facing responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys practical tasks and working with people. You will be responsible for maintaining facilities to a high standard, keeping the grounds and buildings in top condition, and providing a visible presence across the site to support guests and homeowners. The role also includes occasional out of hours queries, making it ideal for someone who is flexible and enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance
- Undertake day-to-day maintenance across buildings, holiday homes, grounds, and public areas
- Assist with minor repairs and general upkeep including grass cutting, drain downs, and siting support where appropriate
- Deliver gas supplies safely and in line with company procedures
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly, including potential safety hazards
- Ensure all chargeable work is recorded and processed correctly
- Provide a professional and friendly service to guests and homeowners
