Axon Moore is partnering with a high–growth SaaS business in East Cheshire to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a pivotal commercial role supporting revenue growth and strategic decision–making.
The Role
- Own top–line planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams
- Lead on SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, GDR, pipeline, sales productivity)
- Partner with Sales on quotas, headcount, and commission modelling
- Influence pricing, product monetisation, and growth strategy
- Deliver revenue insights to exec, board, and investors
- Improve lead–to–cash processes and data integrity
About You
- Commercial Finance, FP&A, or RevOps experience within SaaS
- Strong modelling and analytical capability (BI/SQL advantageous)
- Commercial, influential, and effective in fast–growth environments
